Default Adjusting Carbs

What is the easiest way to adjust the set screws on a Raptor while the bike is running? I plan on getting the extended ones, but until then, I need to get it as close as I can and can't adjust them.

you can buy a nice 90 degree angle screwdriver ($$$)

I just cut the end off of a small screwdriver and wrapped a rubber band around the end

I can reach the left side with just my hand (for trailside adjustments)
