Go FMF "Fatty" Pipe and turbine or Power Core silencer

Does this silenser have a built in spark arrester?

I'm looking for something that can be used in the trails, not race track. I'm worried about getting a fine for not having a spark arrestor on my Blaster from the DOE police.

the turbine core 2 has a spark arrestor which makes this one quieter than the power core 2. fmf even says the turbine core 2 equals the performance of the power core 2.

I would go fmf fatty and fmf powercore2. The turbine has a spark arrester but you would lose power.
