I think that the raptor has the most power characteristics and has the most torque out of all the quads.

The zilla with power valves should have lowend. But I've herd they dont reve as fast as a shee. Dont know I never seen one running. Personally I put them in the category with big foot. "Where's he at?"
I don't know about the rappy thing. I dont think there is a rappy with bolt ons that I can't beat unless I stall on pavement that is. As for your 686 thats differnt story. However if you have stock gearing I would think at top end I would pass you. I would think that you would run out of gear before I would. I know other rappys do. I mean you could only reve so high and a lower front sproket would hurt you. I also have a 15th in front.
But as for the rappy haveing the most tourque "no". IT has loads of low end tourque. Not the most tourque. Theres a difference. I said it once and I'll say it again. Low end is for 4x4's. Mid end tourque is for speed. Pick what you want.
And when you said it has the most power characteristics. NO!!!!!! A power characteristic would include HORSE POWER. STOCK FOR STOCK here is a list of quads with more
(in no perticular Order)
Yfz450
450R
Banshee (YFZ-350 Thank god we got a cool name)
Quadzilla
Tecate 4 (Maybe)
V-Force (maybe)
DS
Cannible
Modded I think you could put it in second with a few others behind the shee.
Thats all I have now. But the rappy ain't as high as you would be led to believe.

FYI banshee's are capable of making the MOST torque then anything you are comparing it against, then the 250r, then your 4-strokes.
They make raptors because brats like you feel that they are the ulti-bestest-uberest quad ever engineered...

Peak torque for a 100hp engine at 10,000 rpm's is 52.52 ft. lbs of torque. Peak torque for a 40hp engine at 4,000 rpm's is 52.52 ft. lbs. of torque. What does this mean? Ultimate power does not equal more torque.

2.) banshees are not the best accelerating 2 stroke, run beside a zilla or a 310r and tell him that
3.) no they make raptors because they kick@$$ in trails, have reverse, monstrous torque and perform extremely well when modified, as for the predator...that machine is good in EVERY area theres nothing wrong with owning one

everyone who knows anything about quads knows that the yfz 450 is the best, most powerfull, torquiest, best riding 4 stroke quad out and the banshee is the baddest, fastest, most exhilerating, fastest accelerating 2 stroke quad. whats a raptor??? do they still make them because they are far inferior to either of these quads and including the predator for that matter....

you can make a 2-stroke have as much hp and torque as you want. I know of banshee's the size of your raptors putting down 100ft/lbs of torque, its just what you want it to do.
