Rapfams 730 vs Sparks and Kenz video
pinehead- LMAO
Raptoraz- I have not looked at the video so i go by heresay.
1. we know from past races that rapfam's dad has a very fast sparks ( compared to most sparks 690's)
2. Rapfams 730 is a honest 10-1 pump gas
3. They appear to be even from most reports i have seen.
Now what i think is interesting is
1. Rapfam can drop-in a 13.5 to 1 piston is less than 3 hours and unleash 10 to 12 percent more hp
2. What can his dad do to increase hp in that amount of time?? Nothing
3. Rapfam has a foundation to spray NOS and get maximum benifit compared to a hi comp nos motor
Why would someone go from 1200 feet to 7500 feet knowing that there is intrest from others in this race and not jet accordinly? From what i have heard ( heresay) kens bike did not fair well. I do not know if that is a loss by 3 inches/3 foot/30foot or what. But both 730's have oversize valves/porting/fcr's.
Set up does make a big difference, so that is hard to factor in. But you should always try to go prepared
BTW- Almost all the Craycraft 730's are a lot hotter build than rapfams 730 low compression cruiser

I just watched the video. Good video. The hill does not look steep. LOL I remember seeing videos of olds hill and glamis and thought it was a small flat hill till i got there. lol
I have read all the excuses on the kens bike coming in last. But it was the only one i saw bring the front end up on take off a little. That would seem to tell me that it was hooking up real good and tires were not a fator. The only factor i see if 15 less hp
I know they traded wins ( sparks and craycraft) but the low compression cruiser looked fantastic in the video posted. It shot out to the early lead and never faded. It looked like it left the biggest trail of cinders dust of the group.

It also looked like off the line the Kenz bike got bumped...... Look closely right after they take off, the one to the left appears to come over a touch, and the far right bike has to compensate. I'm not a raptor man, so I have no reason to be biased......just what I noticed.
