Motion Pro Thumb Throttle Conversion
#2
I have one on Mine, only on the tightest trails it can be tricky. If you get one, make sure you get the idle kit, without it your idle is adjusted at the throttle. It sometimes raises the idle when you turn the bars. You have to carefull how you route the cable. GOOD LUCK!

I have the motion pro kit that allows you to keep the thumb throttle. You will need the idle kit too. It's a bit scary drilling holes in your carbs, but study and follow the instructions and it will be fine. Mine turned out great. I think toomy's site has some instructions online about the tors removal and idle kit.

I really liked the motion pro system with the stock thumb throttle ....
I did not like the twist grip...maybe it's just me...But it seems like the twist grip is great in the wide open areas like a desert...But touchy in the woods....
Maybe I just did not give it a chance.
