ds650 vs. banshee shootout
did u guys get the new dirtwheels? they had a "dune shootout" with the banshee vs. ds650. dirtwheels complained about lil things the whole time. saying it had an overly stiff thumb throttle, kickstart, and u have to premix it. it was one of the worst shootouts ever. they picked the ds650 over the banshee cuz it was "more comfortable" who really wants electric start on a banshee???? or oil injection? i for sure don't. what was your opinion of this shootout?

ds650 vs. banshee shootout
When really thinking about it, I would too choose the ds....because of the fact that it has power, and it very pleasant to ride....and easy to ride too. I say this because they are talking about "duning" as being comfortable and riding all day...and going from dune to dune. As for power and speed and drags, etc....I would have to pick the shee. Just my opinion on things....or kinda how I interpreted it.

To be honest testing a stock shee is stupid. They are way faster and easier to ride with pipes. JMO. Plus I think the people who tested it were retarted. I mean after testing a banshee how many times you think they would know how to jet one. Those morons couldn't even get it started. Plus they said they needed to run the gas out of the carbs to clear it out. Come on mine doesn't have that problem.

Didn't they just last month still proclaim the banshee as the dune king when they tested it against the yfz and raptor?
One month later they are claiming a different story.
they had to clear the gas out of the carbs? what year was the banshee and how old was the gas in it? LOL
Kudos to DW on another well written and thought out article LOL

After seeing a picture of the modded yfz and 450r jumping and seeing under the picture written out, " This is a typical example of how light the 450Rs front end is", I got sick after reading that and tested the hypothosis out on my 30 gap wooden ramp, well guess what? whenever i wanted to land with the front end down, it did it. whenever i wanted to land with my rear tires, believe it or not, i could do it! DIRTWHEELS IS COMPLETLY CLUELESS!!!! Dont believe anything those idiots tell you, like pinheadjoker said, they just sit around in "comfortable" chairs and guess what it handles like.
