Default Installing Gorilla Axles

I have now broken both oem axles on the rear and have bought the gorilla axles. Last night I was trying to replace but am having trouble removing the nut that is holding the outer axle by the wheel. Is there any special trick to this or should I just use a bigger wrench.
Also does anyone know were I can find a repair manual for the grizzly online. I checked at local dealer they did not have it.

What year is your Griz? I would go to e-bay for the manual, there's tons of them.\
How did you break the axles? Are you running big tires and a lift kit or are you just hard on axles. I know the 03 Griz had extremly weak axles but the 04 went back to the larger ones.

My Grizz is a 2003 I have stock set up. I pull a mover with it and I plant food plots for wildlife. And a little fun time but I dont think I am that hard on it.
