Raptor Mod Question!
Hey guys,
I'm new to the site. Just thought you guys could help me out on an upgrade question to my Raptor. Ok, I've been wanting to up my performance for awhile, but money has been reroute'd to my truck upgrades for awhile.
Well, back to the quad! Anyways i was thinking of Hot Cams Stage 1 Cam. It says that it is compatable with the stock valve springs and they dont require core trade. I was wondering if this would be a noticable upgrade to my performance and if it would set well with my mods already. Thanks ahead of time and please if you have any suggestions to another route to take plz do tell!

Raptor Mod Question!
I agree with sixsixt, they power on the hot cam is wierd, it doesnt seem to have the bark and the bottom end on my stock cam, you an feel the cam though, i think all it does is change your powerband, i lost a lot of bottomend and i dont know if i gained top end, im debating on putting my stock on back in also. Im goona run it on the dyno and see what it looks like. Save up for a web cam with a good grind, and opt for the kibblewhite spring and ferra valves also.

Raptor Mod Question!
Cool Thanks for the input, I've really been debating on weather or not to do that. I Love my bottem end. Can NOT lose that.. I think I'd rather go the handling route instead. Wider, better suspension etc. Power can come later. No use in having that much power if i cant tame it. Don't have any dunes or wide open places to ride around here. All tight trails
Again though, thanks for all your input.
