if you have exuast and a slite air bob mod use a 148 main jet that you can buy from a local dealer then turn your air/fuel screw to about 2 1/2 turns out

I've just finished a bit of that myself ...

FMF recommendations for the Powercore IV is for a 150-152 main, forget the air/fuel screw settings but 1.5 sticks in my mind. I have a uni filter in addition to the FMF exhaust.

I installed a 150 main tonight, but I never checked the needle clip position or tampered with the air fuel mix. As of right now this is how it's working ..

idling - punch the throttle wot, machine dies

putting along - punch the throttle wot, machine takes off like scalded cat

zinging along - punch the throttle wot and hold it, machine sputters almost like on a rev limiter

I need a few clean plugs to check the jetting properly, but I don't think it's running rich at the moment as the plug is quite dry and not black at all ...any suggestions?
