Default fouled a plug?

This may sound like a dumb question, but I have never fouled a plug before, so here it goes.

I changed the mixing oil that I was using to amsoil high performance mix. On the bottle it said mix 50:1.....I was a little sketchy about mixing it like that so I went 30:1...It seemed to run fine for a while but then when I got down to the last 1 or 2 liters in the tank it started to sputter on the top end and didnt seem to have the power that it normaly does. When I rev it up it sounds like it is trying to bog down...When I got home I cleaned/oiled the filter, and started it up again. This time it wouldn't even rev up past idle...Even when i totally pin the throttle it just idles, and its not even a nice idle. It smokes real bad too. I pulled the plug and it was dripping with oil...I thought that I had fouled it but i stuck it back in and it started fine but still did the same thing.....

Did i foul my first plug???
And should i start mixing at 50:1?

For one, with regular oill 30:1 is a little to much oil, I liek to run them at 40:1 Try that and Iam sure she will treat ya good man...... and as far as your5 question, Yes that does sound liek ya fouled a plug

I draied all the gas out and changed the plug...Still no difference. It wont idle and the only way it will idle is with the choke on and when you put it in gear it bogs out and you can pin it and it does nothing but bog down and smoke really bad. I cleaned the carb/jets/ and the filter and everything else....what can it be?

It worked fine the other day and nothing has changed since...

seann, i changed the plug, drained all the old gas/oil out of it and put in new fresh gas with the old oil that i used to use and mixed it at 32:1..which has always been perfect for me.
I cant see it being a prob with the oil because it worked fine for about 3/4 of a tank,

the only thing i can think of is the day it started sputtering on the top end it was a very wet, moist day...would think have anything to do with it?
