Does anybody have any idea when yamaha will release their 2005 models?

 

I think i heard the 16th of june then you can probably buy them in sept.

 

they are announcing them on the 15th of June and they should be available as soon as middle to late July.

 

Big Bubba how did you find out? You're probably right, but what are your sources?

 

My sources are this forum and piecing together everything I've heard. Also, this is what they do every year why would they change randomly?

 

MANY UNITS ARE BEING RELEASED AS OF NOW.THE DEALER MEETING IS NEXT TUESDAY THE 15TH,WITH EARLY RELEASE ON MANY MODELS.

 

seems like 04 models were available in late June last year. I bought my 03 Rappy on June 30 and they had 04's in stock.

I'm just waiting on the YFZ. Will most likely go with an 04 and save the extra money. What's 10 or 11 CC's and bold new graphics! [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

who knows what the new quads are supposed to be for 2005. i heard of a new banshee coming out soon. because they are retiring it. iheard the last banshee will be a 500cc monster.

 

Doubt it, 2 strokes are being banned in 2006. The costs of designing a new 500cc engine for one year of production will cause them to lose alot of money.

 

the relase date its june 15 it says so on the bottom of teh yamaha website..hope that helped
