Ok i have thi great idea. My dad owns 500 acers in north carolinea and im thinking about building a atv countryclub. There are going to be houses around and then a atv track and trails. Its going to be kinda like a town for Atvs. Probably going to be a big crime zone. you know them atv thiefs. Tell me what you think no or yes. Im 15 so it might be going to start to begin in 10 yrs.

 

not a bad idea, but....... most people that ride on private or public places are inconsiderate, sue happy, vandalizing, littering, people! for what your insurance policy and upkeep.....not to mention dealing with all the bad stuff.....it would be a lot of work to say the least! but even if you went through with it and ran in to all those problems it would definitely leave a sour taste in your mouth when it comes to atvs or rather all the bad apples that spoil good things like your were talking about doing! Sorry to burst your bubble but people just dont respect others and there property!
