Im about 2 buy a used raptor 02 and up and i know on hondas if you look in the front part of the frame there is a sticker that says the year of the bike dose any 1 know if the raptor has this?? and where?

you could ask for the title. if its the original owner. Im not sure how to check for it on the quad though.

 

Im just trying to remember this off the top of my head, im too lazy to go in the garage and check, but i believe if you look on the lowest part of the frame near the footpegs on the left side of the rap there should be something with info there.

You kinda lost me on the recon thing though, yeah, its not a racer, its not a manual, and if youre trying to sell it i wouldnt put in "recon sucks" if i were you.

It probably says on there somewhere, but nowhere near as visible as honda has. Even the 1984 models had that on the frame in plain sight.

 

Yes the 01 modles have a rear shock ressie that is on the left side. It is seperated from the actual shock. The 02 modles have the shock connected to the ressie.

i blieve that it is under the seat on the air box cover. This is the only sticker on the bike. Theres none of the front frame that im aware of but i do remember seeing a sticker o nthe azir box when i recently put the k and n in

 

10th number on the frame number is the year
2001 quad=10th number will be 1
2002 quad=10th number will be 2
2003 quad= 10th number will be 3
and it goes on like this up to 2005
