Default Need carb help on a '96 Wolverine

Hey guys, my raptor was too fast so I sold it and bought an old beat up Wolverine.

Just kidding. I am trying to fix up my step-dad's old '96 Wolverine and I can't get it to start. I have a few questions related to the carb.

1) What are the stock jet/needle settings and screw settings? Everything is completely stock.

2) There is some sort of breather hose coming out the top of the carb, but I don't see anywhere in the airboot or airbox to attach it. Is this hose supposed to be connected somewhere?

It will roll over just fine. There is spark at the plug. Clean gas in the tank. I am almost sure this is a carb issue. Any suggestions? Thanks,

RR1

There are couple different specs on the carb, depending on where it was sold (main jet). In my service manual: main 135, pilot screw, 2 turns out from lightly seated, needle, clip on third notch, float heighth,11.4-14.4 mm (.45- .53).

The carb has a vent hose that is generally just routed through the rubber flap around the airbox intake, along with a couple other breathers. Make sure the vent is not plugged. Perhaps the carb needs a good cleanout?
