YFZ Shock Adjustment Question?????

YFZ Shock Adjustment Question........><DELTADAWG><
I think I understand what the bottom screw does...that's rebound dampening...Now what does the top one do??? Also one more question. Is it possible if you max out the preload which is near the end of the thread going down, that the spring will be compressed all the way before the end of the shaft stroke??? All input welcome
