I have no idea what that is suposed to be.. but i think it is RED.. not REC.. maybe it is a dealer sticker..

 

though they are a good service for people selling stuff, news on wheels is notorious for misprints. they always have been. sometimes they have pics of trucks and under them they describe a totally different car, somtimes even a motorcycle.
