Default CRAZY SPARK

ok, well, this is whats going on. My banshee runs with spark ony to one cylinder, and it gives very little to the other. it then alternates. It runs fine when it is started cold, but as it warms up, only one cylinder runs good, and yes, they switch. It has not t.o.r.s. and the carbs are not stock. I'm thinking its the coil. anyone have a good idea?

I would try another coil and make sure none of the wires are close to the exhaust, because they melt and the engine will act weird.
