yfz big bore?
#1
I am thinking about doing some boring on my yfz. I was at silver lake last weekend kicking butt, all my friends i went with had banshees i handed it to them. now they are talking big bore to beat me so now i want a big bore so i can prove to them I will still stand. How reliable are these and which is the best ? I was talking to a guy that went to four stroke tech. let me know what all you think.

After reading a long post about on another forum, and reading the way Mickey Dunlap posted about a particular customer, and every quad owner on the forum I would never let him touch a nut or bolt on my Raptor, or any quad I will ever own.
I would definetly look into a differnt engine builder.

Thanks for the info. I never was personally a fan of Mickey because of the way I saw him treat others on the forum. The procom cdi thing got me too. Nothing against FST, as I have never had any work done by them.

if i were you i would stroke the motor to a true 450 and put a high comp piston in it...but call kenz cycle tech there located in mesa arizona they built a 450 that won its class at four stroke wars, great service and motors..(480-962-1714)
