I getting a good fire from the plug except when I touch it to the engine then it's gone. The original start button didn't work so the previous owner added his own. It turns over fine with his new button with spark when I hold it an 1/8in from the engine but when I touch it to the engine as in installing it there is no spark. I don't see a jumper wire where does it go? The blue wire w/white stripe is attached to the pos. terminal. Is this correct?
