Anyone got any info on running alky on stock raptor with pipe and open airbox?Just curious if it helps enough to go to the trouble.If so what are the jet sizes for stock carbs?

 

i dont know about running alcohol with a near stock machine.......but with my 686 with fcr's i got a measily 3hp on the dyno...... in my opinion stay with gas.

 

I don't know either, but I say it probably not worth it...not the way I have seen alky run in stock carbs anyway.

I love it in mine though. My hp might not have went up a whole lot, but it sure improved the torque curve![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

well with what gas cost today alky is looking good but ive only seen about 3-5hp gain on a raptors with tons of mods...but with stock carbs and a stock motor keep the gas..
