So, When that bottle rocket lands in an open field or WORSE, when it lands on someone's house and burns it down, It's alright because no one got hurt?? I THINK NOT!! This is played out all to often, especially this time of year. They are illegal for a reason. Not everything is fun and games, and don't say it won't happen to me? You just don't know when it will happen to anyone.

My job is to enforce all the laws that are passed by the legislators. And I don't have a probem doing that. If I come across people on quads riding where they should not, I will deal with that at the time. Don't whine about getting caught breaking the law, I don't care how minor you think the violation is. The law is there for a reason and my job is to enforce the laws, all laws. Quit your whinning, you CHOSE to break a law and got CAUGHT!! Simple as that, you made a BAD choice.

That's your chioce. But, when your caught, are you a mature enough to take responsibility for your actions?

again i have to explain it wasnt ME that did the law breaking. it was not ME that made a bad choice. a bottle rocket is not going to land on a shingled roof and catch it on fire. Big Beezy im from sullivan CO. roscoe trout town usa or what ever im the next town over where are you from

Soon2b, I understand you say you didn't do it. The bottom line is, illegal fireworks were set off and the potential for damage to property other then your own was present. I don't care if it landed on a cement roof top, it presents a public hazard. Now, I am done preaching. Ride safe and have a Safe and Sane 4th of July Lt. Dan
