Warrior valve clearances

ok my uncle who has ALOT of experience working on small motors liek these well we need t oknow what to set the clearences to..

I think like .016 for exhaust and .010 for intake

what do i gotta take off/adjust/turn to get to the calves.. and how to i cahnge the clearances?
