Raptor Sputtering

Default Raptor Sputtering
I just put a new clutch kit on and it ran fine. I started up again and it sputters bad at 1/4 idle or higher. I have checked and rechecked the carbs about 6 times now. Could this be electrical?

check you choke and the check your parking brake
