If they were both raced in grass?

I was wondering how a middle of the road sled and a high end quad would do in a drag race

 

whats done to this banshee and is this 600 snowmobile a two stroke if so im willing to bet that the snowmobile would kill and stock shee

 

Yeah, 02 ZR600 EFI...studded, stock beyond that (and shall remain stock, nonreprogrammable computer)

The Shee has some things done to it, I know it hit 52 in 300 feet of sand

 

could hang with? i say the ZR600 will smoke a shee. 600 sleds usually put out at least 100 MPH, and have an automatic so they are nice off the line. my money is on the ZR600. Just my $.02

the 600 prolly pulled 105-110, the speedo gets burried in a hurry

 

To stand a chance the Banshee would have to be seriously modded not only engine wise but would need suspension mods as well.Grass provides great traction with the right tires and if the guy with the Shee has to baby it on take off to avoid flippin over then no matter what he has done to his engine he is dead meat,he will never be able to catch up in 300ft.

 

Ok, so it would take a full on drag quad with wheelie bars and all to touch a sled on any surface the sled could get traction on.

 

No wheelie bar needed but a longer swing-arm for sure to beat a 600cc sled.

 

the banshee will look like its a breeze compared to a 600, i raced my brother on his mxz700, i was on pavement he was in the ditch with all the drifts, i beat him for the first 30-40' which he was spinnin, but after that he just flew rite past me

 

NO!.. a sled has so much acell. and no need to shift.. so there fore and beyond the fact a sled will hit 60 in less than 200 ft.. depneds ont he hook up.. sleds are way faster.. with my xlt580 will hit 60 around 150ft or so.. i forget.. and means top speed of it is right around 110-115 or so.. and its not th ebest seld out here.. and top speed of a shee- 80 slightly modded
