Alot of people part them out and sell the parts individually you usually get alot more money that way.

The handling will be better on the yfz, but the yfz is a puss compared to what you have laying around. You'll regret it man.

I know one of my Buddys has a YFZ 450 and when my shee was running right he could not come close to my Shee when we drag Race.
But what could the Problem be? That is the only reason why I wanted to sell it and get a 05 LE YFZ 450.

I was in the exact same pinch. I had some thing wrong with my raptor for 4 months. I wasnt even able to ride it for most of that time. I finally took it to a guy who knows what he's doing and he had it running in less than a week. Now I smoke yfzs, other raps, bombs, and trx's all the time. Just have a good atv mechanic look at it, its worth it.

Check the normal things. Check compression, check for weak spark (switch the plugs wires around and see if it the problem switches sides), check that your reeds are in good shape and close all the way, etc.... Kinda sounds like you might have low compression on one side.
