Stuttering sound?
#1
the other day I started up the blaster it was idleing fine, but when i gunned the throttle it started, i dont know what to call it but i guess it was stuttering, than after about 5 min it stopped, i was wonder if this is normal. Im thinking it might of been doing that because i left the gas on by accident overnight.
Thanks

i had a 2000 blaster.... and i noticed it did that too.... it is probly your carb cleaning out.... or your spark plug cleaning out..... or it is just cold and hadnt warmed up yet..... but dont do that too much, cuz i blew mine up one time revin it up when it was cold, not a fun rebuild.... my brand new 240 kit went down the pooper. cylinder scratched all up... not fun

Maybe your Parking Brake was on and you bumped it off? Do Blasters Have the same kind of Parking brakes as Warriors/Banshees/Raptors? Because that sounds like something that would happen.

The stuttering sounds like you had a problem with it loading up while it was cold. How long did you have the choke on for? Try using the choke to get it started, then shut the choke off and proceed to warm up the engine by blipping the throttle.
