Default chain rubbing on the rear skid 660raptor

i just put a dg baja rear swing arm skid plate on my 660 raptor. on the chain side near the sprocket. is it normal for the chain to slightly rub the plastic piece on the bottom of the skid. I noticed when i sit on the machine and the rear shock is compressed the chain is free and clear slightly. is this normal i can't get over that the chain rubs plastic.
i talked with another rider about this. he said that was normal for their design

im used to the warrior where this wasn't an issue. it will take some time i guess. did you read the problem about the guy changing his oil the first time in his raptor. i hope that's not a common problem.

i hear weird noises on mine in the warmer months cuz i take the cheek pads out of my helmet. ..take the quad for a ride, and holy crapola batman! whats that noise!!!!! it was there all the time, i just didnt hear it. its common on raptors for the chain to rub on something...just keep it lubed and adjusted and trust the force!
