wolverine problems????

I love my Wolverine, I have ridden a 5 spd rancher and it was nice too, but too utility for me. And the engine they used in the Warrior is now in the Raptor 350 so the parts won't stopp coming out anytime soon. The only problem I have is bearings when i ride in a lot of mud and water. I should have a 424 in the next couple of months.

That's weird that no wolverines show up on ebay, I don't know what's up with that. The one you have a link to appears to be nice, but I would say 3200 is a little steep for a 2000, but not bad. You might want to see if it has any mods to it besides the tires because those 25" tires will rob some horsepower compared to the stock 23"s. I'll see if I can post a couple links of wolverines, but not sure how it'll work. These are two that appear to be in very good condition.

I would offer something like 2900, but then again I don't know any details about the bike other than it does appear to be in pretty good shape, but looks don't always tell everything. Some other people are these forums would probably have some advice on pricing, as they are usually pretty helpful. As for the 25's, I haven't driven a wolverine with 25's so I am not sure how much power loss, but from what I have read if you get in some deep, thick mud, it will have trouble turning them. If you do a search under "wolverine tires" you will find some informative forums on this. Some people like 95wolv and lotusposition are very knowledgeable and helpful regarding wolverines.

The wolverine is bullet proof. Period.
Our 95 is still runing perfect. My 2000 is very strong.
The problem list:
~(95) Bugs crawl in the carb and clog it.
~(95) Front bearings were replaced this year
~(00) Carb needed cleaned out
That is about it. Besides a family member running the 95 into a tree and bending the lower A-arm and me mashing a stick through my 2000's CV boot.
The wolverine is great. Sport feel but utility capabilities. I purchased the 2000 this summer for 2,700 and it needed help (tires, plastic, air filter, oil...) It was not taken care of. A lil $$$ now it is great. I just mounted 25" tires on mine and it still has plenty of power, and it is still stock.
Change the oil and filter regularly allong with the diffs. and you will be a happy man.
FYI- you can climb vertical hills on the wolvy. Did my steepest this weekend. A buddy tried to follow but rolled his machine and what not.
Good choice of quad.
