Default wolverine problems????

I would offer him 2,900, but do not pay more than 3,250 for it.

This is my quad checklist:

~Plastic:
*Look for scratches
*Check for stress marks

~Lift font end:
*Check the front bearings
*Inspect under the font Diff
*Make sure the CV boots are not torn
*Check A-Arms
*See how much play is in the steering wheel
*Bent/streesed Tie Rod and tie rod ends

~Wheels and tires:
*Check for puncures in the sidewall
*Dents in the wheels (allong bead)
*Is it missing those black "YAMAHA" caps in the center of the wheels

~Rear end:
*Lift each back tire a little to check for worn out rear bearings
*Is the Axle tube bent
*Drive Shaft boot torn or not
*Brake rotor; is it pitted

~Engine:
*Check the pull cord
*Check the oil
*Any oil stains on the engien cases
*Rock rash on the underside of the cases
*Air Filter, check the filter and box
*Start it up, and get it good and warm
-Listen for piston slap or worn out rod (valve noise is comon on these quads)
-Is it blowing any smoke?
-How is the idle and throttle responce

RIDE THE MACHINE!!! Do not pay a dime on it unless you can ride it around.

~When you ride:
*Check the brakes
*Hit the gas once, do you hear clanking
*Mash the brakes, do you hear clanking
*Turn sharply to the left and right, any funny noises or jerking
*Back up
*Run through the gears
*How well does it shift?
