What is the better choices for a complete exhaust that also comes with spark arrestor and quiet core? What is the best air intake system-wanting to run a K & N filter? What is better AC or Yamaha's nerf bars? I am at 3500' elevation so where would I need to start in jetting? Where are good places to buy the stuff from? Thanks

Well I can tell you what I have but this is just my opinion and im happy with what ive done so far.

HMF Bill Ballance pro series slip on, add the header pipe for another $230 and the gains were only 1-1.5 hp is what the web site listed. So I only bought the slip on. Looks sweet and sounds awesome. Kinda loud but not too bad. Spark arrestor is free with purchase and quiet core recently redesigned for lower decibel levels is $30 I believe. Supposed to get you down into the low 90's. There was a good quiet pipe write up in Dirt Wheels a month or so ago.

I run a K&N setup on my banshee and it was great. I found a good deal on a Pro Design pro flow setup with a 2 stage foam setup for the filter. Foam is supposed to be better for dusty conditions, and gauze better for sandy conditions. I cross country so I went foam. Got the billet adaptor, mounting hardware, and foam filter with outer skin for i think it was $95 to my door off ebay.

A lot of people run AC stuff, me personally i've never liked it. I've always ran DG nerfs and have always liked them. DG has some really nice nerfs out these days too. Many varities and configurations. You might go to your local dealer and look through the Parts Unlimited catalog for ATV's and they have a good selection and pics to choose from.

Not sure where to tell you to start on the jetting. Im at 5-700 ft elevation so we'd be different. Who ever you buy your pipe from should be able to get you started in the right direction. Jet kits ive only heard to stay away from dyno jet kits. The GYTR kit didnt come close on the jet sizes that i needed unless you can custom order the ones you need. Ive heard a needle from the yz450f needle is supposed to be a good replacement for the stock one. My stock one has worked fine so far. Got lucky and since I switched over to a single Keihin on the banshee I had the jets I needed for the 450 too. Same jets how lucky. I had to buy one pilot jet and that was it. Made some adjustments to the air screw and the clip position and I was all set.

I bought my stuff from a variety of places.

Nerf bars, graphic kits, and handlebars from my local dealer.
Kill switch, air filter setup from ebay.
Front bumper from PRM atv.
Swingarm skid plate from Rocky Mountain ATV.

I know this may not help much but maybe a little anyway. I tried too list the best yfz website to go to and it wont so pm me and ill send it to you unless you already go there.
