that more hp means the bike, car, or in this case the atv is faster?!?!??!, like wtf i dont understand this... the guy who started the forum about the predator with the 42 horsepower..."it has to be faster", is complete ignorance! i dont understand why people think horsepower is everything when it comes to racing...think about it...if a crotch rocket lets say around 180hp (r1) can spank almost any car you will line next up to, and most of those cars are well over 200hp...why? because the bike is, faster, lighter, higher geared and the list goes on...can someone please clear it up on why everyone thinks that if something has more hp than the other then its faster...

Note- Im talking about different bikes and setups...not same machines (obviously where hp counts), and for drag racers hp is the key, but im talking about one bike compared to another in near stock form

1.) think theyll lose cuz my engine had a bigger "cc" (lol cc...)
2.) think theyll win cuz my engine had a smaller "cc" (lol cc...)

Because most of them don't even have a driver's license. Never raced on the street/track. And have no idea about an engine or how it works. Or how drag racing works. They live in a world they learned from Fast and Furious. I've been street racing since 89, and made a lot of money, so I know different. Lol. I know of a few cars that would love to line up against that r1 if the money was right.
