The EFI / Turbo would be sweet....but those kits are new and there is no doubt bugs too be worked out. A nice 686 kit done right should be reliable....but will never be as relaible as the stock engine. If you want reliability, keep it stock. Whether an engine builder gives you a warranty or not, there is not 1 in the country that would not say it's your fault if something happens...guaranteed.

if i was him...id just do what u did and mod it...that way u wont have nearly as many problems (providing u got it done right), and the power is there instead of hitting a freaking button to go faster

the 686 kit could provide me upward of 60 hp for the low, low price of around $3500 (including all labor, etc...)

$3,500 for just 60HP wow get a street bike engine.

thats where problems come in...
1.) hella hard to get the bike into the chassis
2.) off the start your wheels will be spinning so much u wont go anywhere
3.) who wants to go over 150mph on a quad and kill yourself
4.) i doubt the chassis will be able to handle that much power
just my opinion...i wouldnt do it

LOL @ all the guys whining about nitrous! The only people who think it's cheating are the ones who don't have it, and they're just pissed because you can smoke them.

The old phrase, "Run what ya brung," is rarely more appropriate than when discussing nitrous.

Whining about losing for whatever reason is about as ghey as two guys humping.
