I run 32:1 Maxima in my R. I just got it and it's my first 2 stroke and I have yet to file a plug. You definalty need to switch to 32:1.

first you need to get off the yamalube it burns really ashy and leaves tons of carbnon deposit, I run golden spectro in my two stroke and it hasent foulded a plug in about 7 months. I have also ran stihl chainsaw two stroke oil in mine it it burns pretty clean to. and i would switch to 32 or 40 to 1, I run about 45 to 1 on my bike but banshees get alot hotter than mine does so it might do damage to it if you run any leaner than 40 to 1
