i had some problems like it in the past with delaer's mechanics wich was
seem to be total ignorant,like rebuild an engine an 1 hour later it break,you bring the same motor and part to another "better" mechanic and
you see for yourself then,those inorants in the dealer shop have cost a lot of money to a lot of peoples,factory should look to overcome that
plague.

Sick660 Have you seen the new 05 Predator with reverse? Don't know if this is an option for you. They look pretty sweet and TLD comes loaded up with goodies. Just a thought.

Sorry to hear about all the trouble you have had but it sounds like most of it wasnt the Raptors fault, mostly shooty shop work. Good luck on you next quad.

I know how frustrating it is when things break. I just replaced my one way and ben 2 tie rods (one stock and one after market) along with the tie rod end but now I bough the ASR Heat Treated 4130 Chromoly Steel racing ones so all should be good and the L&A DESIGNS one-way. I have only ridden my quad 8x since buying it in Feb.

Im glad to see the responces from all of you,
I have many options right now as to what i want to buy.....i wanna be smart about it and not rush into anything...the Z400 has an edge on me over everything else right now because i know how nice they are i ride it all the time, and i know the quality of it and how well it has held up......

the 05 Predatorn - know not much about, and i havent seen a whole ton of aftermarket!
