motor wise, his bike is mostly stock..while yours is piped, shaved head, and a larger front sprocket..
Also, he is smaller then you. He would get you off the line because of the 13 tooth and the lighter power:weight ratio, however I think you will catch up and beat him.
It really all depends on how long the race is..

ok i raced him for a very short distance. (top of 4 gear) my area to ride isnt big.
test1-when I see his front tires move, i hammer it. But this time I lot cuase I was shifting at a low rpm i guess.
test2-i shifted at at higher rpm and then beet him even with the 15/40t ration.
Do i think I could bet him.

Are you launching in 2nd? When I'm playing on the Blaster (racing up the bowls) it definitely gives an edge.

 

dont you start off slow in 2nd gear? but them I guess you dont have to shift into 2nd and you wont go into nutral and rev it sky high.

 

if you know the bike really well start in second and rev it really high soo when oyu dump the clutch you will dorp the rpms into your powerbadn in second. i think that ouwld make u quicker off the line
