Default What bars for Raptor?

I was looking for new handlebars today.. Do we have to run a specific bar type? I've noticed a couple of brands with a "Raptor" bar... If so what is a good one to get? I've got Pro-Tapers on my 400ex and like those alot... Help!

Tag T2's no questions asked! They are by far the best....you have to get the whole kit, which is a good thing, because it allows the use of the stock steering stem....and it relocates all of the ignition and lights to an aluminum mount.......way better!

I have a pic of them on my gallery!

the thing about the raptor is they have to be a bit narrower at the neck,,,,or they will rub the plastic

the real deal is to get the 1 1/8 bars along with a new neck

I have a set of renthal 'raptor' bend and Im pretty happy (7/8"),,ive always used renthal,,,,so I'm bias

I like double wall aluminum,,,,,,,it will bend back without breaking (like metal)

I run Renthals and love them. They hold up great!

I ran renthals until they bent on a roll over. Now I run Tag T2s Quad bend. Had a couple nasty get offs where the quad landed upside down or on it's side. NO bends yet.

I have the Factory 909 bars with a 400ex bend on my raptor and love them. I will probably be going to a CR low bend though with my new stem and antivibe.

If the Factory 909 Bars (400ex bend) work could I use a set of Pro-Tapers for a 400ex? I may just have to experiment a little I suppose.. Where is a good place to buy the bars?

Magicracing.com has the pro tapers I think. I know rockymountainatv.com does.
