Blasters kicker locked up, i need help!!

Default Blasters kicker locked up, i need help!!

if u can role it down the a hill and snap it into gear and it starts and runs fine, that means no unheard noises coming from the motor than it just might be your starter

Default Blasters kicker locked up, i need help!!

Take the side cover off and check inside. It could be your starter gear, idler gear, springs, or anything inside might be jammed or broken causing the kicker not to move.

Default Blasters kicker locked up, i need help!!

ihave a 2000 blaster and that happend my returen spring broke after piston melted

piston, rings, bored .20 over, spark plug ,head gasket, uni 2 stage air filter. $475.67[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img]

Default Blasters kicker locked up, i need help!!

My old blaster did that to me too. it turned out that the motor seized cause of the oil injection. So i bought a new piston and blocked off the oil injection. Never had any problems after that.

What he said.......plus if it is a rod bearing that sent metal in the top and bottom endof the engine....you must clean the bottom end and replace rod bearing N-stuff ......not just throw a new piston in....cause more metal will kill that new piston....I learned that at 14yrs old after the 3rd bore job in a row....LOL
