I raced a Z400 with a Full Yoshi Pipe System K&N and jetted and it barely got me in 300ft. If I pipe my quad I think I will run away from him because they say the Raptor gets alot from just a pipe

 

I could race and often beat the piped rappys in the stock Raptor class with the wifes Z, and now I just stear clear from that class because the 450's now own it. LOL I still say its shocking how fast the Z is after a pipe and jet's. You have to consider that its a 400, but then again the 450 is putting the beat down on the stock rappys, Z's, and Preds....

I will be anxious to see if Suzuki does follow up with the EFI 450! If so it should be FAST!

 

My Friend also has a YFZ with Holeshot tires, Nerves, Spark Arrester out and We are Equal in a 300ft dirt drag. We even switch Bikes and it always is the same. I must have a good running Raptor or they got crappy running bikes.

 

Trust me with a pipe and a few minor mods that 450 will be out in front everytime! Those are some strong running bikes!

 

IF your running dead even with the yfz you must have a factory freak, because that quad is pretty fast! Especially since yours is stock???

 

ask Superballs about it, I got a fast Running Raptor, It goes, Alot of other quad owners say its alot faster then most Stock Raptors to.

 

if it's even true, the Raptor is no factory freak...the YFZ must be a piece of crap...I love raptors...I used to own 2...but there's now way it can keep up with the newer 450's...

 

A Piped Z will not beat or hang with a Piped Raptor how do u guys think it will?
