Warrior read Hub tight

Hey,
I just replaced the bearings and seals in my 93 Warrior's rear hub and the hub is very tight to spin. Is this suppost to be like this or was somthing done wrong?

Did you set the seals all the way down? If you install the seals flush, the dust boot will rub against them and be very hard to turn. Make sure the seals are installed all the way.
