Are auto's any good?

Default Are auto's any good?

i had my 2004 bruin up to the fender in water today and the belt did no slip

like i said...it depends on how good a quad it is, how old and what not...

only way a belt will slip, is if the breether for the CVT isnt high enough(easily fixed) or if the seal around the CVT cover leaks(also easily fixed). Plus with a CVT, you have the option to change the clutching on it, so it can accelerate harder, change the takeoff RPM, and will always be in the right "gear", wont be lugging it or over revving like in a manual tranny.

I guess the TwinPeaks or the Prarie700 will wheelie on command!

my old 500HO could wheelie on command also...so im sure all the big bores can do it easily.

Well its nice to know the belt wont slip really easy or at leat on a newer model.
