If they're both on 9 inch wheels, then they should swap right over. However my experience has been that stock tires(because of their soft compound) are a nightmare to get off. You'd probably be better off taking them to an experienced ATV shop.

Default switching tires on my 2 quads HELP

WalMart supercenters mount atv tires for a fraction of the atv shops, like $3 versus up to $25 per tire Ive been gouged for at the atv shops. Check it out.

Its a total pain in the a$$ to do it yourself. My advice, dont do it yourself, let someone else wrestle with that piece of rubber. I havent found a low cost tool that does the job easily. Its worth the walmart bucks to have them do it.

Default switching tires on my 2 quads HELP

The hardest part of changing a tire is getting the tire off the bead. For motorcycle tires, I use a c-clamp to break the bead...but on an atv tire, that will not work. You can often get the bead to break by simply standing on the tire, stradling the rim and jump up and down.....

You have to have a good set of tire spoons.(No screw drivers!!!)

Make sure both sides of the tire are off the bead and as far into the center of the rim as you can get them. Then slowly work your way around the tire with the spoons...it will come off.

Some of the worst tires I have changed are the 7 ply bandits....that was a 4 beer job to say the least.

I think it is a good idea for everyone to learn to change tires....I guess it is my dual sport mentality...but I always find myself 50+ miles from home...And I always carry a spare tube. I've gotten to the point where it takes about 20 minutes to remove a dirtbike tire change the tube and get back on the trail.

turtler i dont want to have wal-mart to do my tires bcuz the wal-mart around where i live are dumb @$$'s and they would probally mess up the whole quad and it wouldnt even surprise me if they had some lik 18 yr old go test it and mess w/ it and crash it or sum thing lik that and cing as i dont have insurance on it i would rather either do it myself or pay the extra for the atv shop to do it rit

Dude, unless you're going through tires like crazy kick the cash and have a pro do it.
It's not that expensive.
Also if walmart were to trhash your quad they have insurance to buy you a new one.......
