110 Race gass in Blaster?
#1
hrmm my friend puts 110 race gas in his cr250 its the only thing he can run without it knocking... and that gives him a big boost also.
So what would 110 race gas do in a "near" stock or stock blaster, is it a risk? or wasting money on this gass in any quad period?
just wondering cause I know when I put 110 in my Supra it really cleaned out everything or so it felt.. and it was really peppy, and when I put the better gass in my GMC jimmy it wants to spudder, will it do the same in a quad spudder?

you only need higher octane fuels if you were going to raise compression on your blaster. The only thing it would do for you is burn a hole in your pocket.. Using to high octane fuel can be just as bad as using a fuel that is too low.

The CR250 has a lot more compression than your Blaster. Using 110 ocatane won't hurt anything on your quad but it won't help anything either. You won't notice any advantage over pump fuel of 91-93 ocatane.

He has to run 110 in his CR250? thats odd i run 92 in both of mine without pinging.
But i do agree with 110 does make the bike fly.
wish it was cheeper.
The other guys are right on the blaster 110 will do nothing for you.

He also has every mod possible about for his CR250, I ride it often and coming from a thrill seaking family, I really thing its to much power thus being the reason im getting a quad lol.
But yeah I will just stick with 93 octane then.
