Weld an old wrench on it and put a long pipe on it to give it some leverage and HEAVE! Thats if you want to wreck a wrench.... (Just take one from you neighbor )

spray some PB Blaster and get a big punch and smack it a couple..hundred...times. If you arent worried about saving the bolt. Worst Comes worse, you may have to cut the swingarm to get it out and you'll have to buy a new swingarm. Not what you wanna hear, but that's what this guy I know had to do after he treid everything else. To prevent this in the future though, every once in a while take the bolt off and grease it up.

Soak it for a while in some WD40 or PB Blaster. Then turn the quad on it's side and rest the frame/swingarm on something solid. Now use a large punch or bolt about the same size of the swingarm pivot bolt and beat it out. The reason you're not able to knock it out is because you need something solid on the other side that is solid.
When you put the pivot bolt back in make sure you buy/use some anti seize compound which you can buy at any auto parts store.

Get the rear of the bike off the ground if you can while hitting it...sometimes the weight of the bike sitting flat makes things worse.
Like the guys said...soak it with pb blaster overnight...have a friend turn the bolt with a socket while you hit the other side...it will come out.
Your going to need a new bolt though when your through. As well as new bushing/bearings for the front of the swing arm.

what is PB... and how do i "soak it" and it is off the ground... it's on a half ton hoist that we put in our garage.... so.... we've tried everything you guyz have said w/ the exception of the PB.. and soaking etc. idk what PBis ... so if some one culd tell me what it is.. and how to soak just that part of the quad in it.. that'd be great
thanks.

PB is a teflon based WD 40 basically! (correct me if im wrong guys). And by soaking it they mean just to empty a can on and near the bolt LOL...
Since you have two people have you tried to have someone "wigle" the swing arm while you hit the bolt? Sometimes they can get groved on the frame/ swing arm and hold there.
Good luck!

Your gonna have to get out the sawsall or hacksaw. I had the same problem. What happed was your needle bearing exploaded and it bent the pivot bolt. and it wont slide thru. I tried beating it out with a 20lb sledge and it wouldnt budge. Cut Cut Cut
