I have a 95 warrior that I rebuilt here recently and finally got to ride it for the first time today. It was doing fine for the first 30 minutes or so and then it started dieing on me. It will start back up and idle for a little bit and die again. What could be causing this? What should I look at? Its like something is getting hot and breaking down.

 

We are having a similar problem with a 97 - except it won't run for 30 min. after about 10 minutes of running good - it will start cutting out - like it's losing power.

Hopefully someone can help us both!

 

im not possitive but i had a simular problem with my dirt bike once and i looked down and the gas was turned off! you could sheck that and also the all the hoses ect. that your fuel would flow though.

not sure but it may be your problem
