Im in the dark here fellas. What exactly is the cam mod for the YFZ that every one talks about? I have seen videos of a YFZ with the cam mod vs. one with out it and the results were tremendous. Will someone please fill me in on this?

 

Its where you retard the cam 1 tooth. It is very easy to do.

we arn't aloud to post the link on the site...but it just retardes the exhaust cam one tooth thus moving the power towards the top of the powerband. You gain about 2 HP on the top end and slightly loose bottom end (not enough to notice).

 

Can this be done on any other atv with a cam?

 

no just the yfz that i know of.
