yup its all down to rider skill, "drag race and banshee just go together....what beats a banshee......nothing" i hate to tell u this but at the drags i go to theres this 450 with nitrous and a **** load of other stuff that just plain out crushes everyone except the quads w/ snowmobile engines in them but he doesn get crushed from wut ive seen

 

Well I have both a banshee and a YFZ. The banshee has way more money into it then the YFZ But the YFZ will hold it off for the first 4 gears. After that the Banshee screams away. I used a GPS on the YFZ today and it went 70.3 MPH and my banshee will do 86.4. So in a short drag my YFZ will beat my Banshee every time except on a tar road, then it is a differnt story, about even for 2 gears then the banshee is gone. Everyone knows that Banshee's have a hard time finding traction. I do like the topend punch of the Banshee.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

70mph sounds pretty slow for your yfz.... hmmm

 

Yeah I rode and fallowed one today and I had well over a gear on him. I was mid to upper 5th and he was topped out. I expected more from the 450 to be honest. He had one of those lil computer things that calculate speed, trip,... ect. It never got above 68. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img] Rode nice though. But not as snappy
