!WOW! AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!
WEll as some of you might know.. I had my bike broke for about 2 months and i have constantly been having jetting problems..
Problems consisted of people telling me differnt things such as my first builder.. When i recieved my bike back it had a 136 DJ main and a 138 DJ main.. I didnt know anything bout jetting at the time so i was like okay.. SO finally i began wondering if the jetting was off and im sure it was leaner than shlt so i went back told him to fix it and that i wasnt paying.. so he put a 144 and 146 in and said i was running rich.. because it was bogging.. But turns out that was the rev limiter so i learned how to jet and i got the biggest DYnojet mains he had.. Which were 148 and 150's those were the last ones that were in before the breakdown.. I still thought to myself .. i think its still lean although everyone i talked to said that that shold be about right or maybe go to the 155's so i bougt dj mains 150 through 190 and today.. I put in the 185 and 190
Turned the air/fuel screw out 3 turns clip on 4th position.. 25 pilots.. put it back together and WOW 2nd gear starts plowed through 5th very very quickly no bogging just straight power all the way through.. Jetting is my next major "Tune"...just put the L&A one way starter in, and recharged the airfilter. Now that those are done I can start the fine tuning. I have the same pipe you have, with same filter (Hole cut in the lid, and prefilter), and K&N Jet kit. Where would you recommend starting with the jets?
