What is the best way to remove grips and replace them. There has to be a relatively easy way without wrecking them. Any tips?

Cut them off with a knife.....push the new ones on with a aircompressor spray tip by blowing air into them while gliding them on...works easily!

Is there anyway to reuse the old grips. I just got a set of new bars and want to transfer everything over. If I don't have to buy new grips I won't.

I haven't tried this on a ATV, but it works on a Snowmobile. Get your wifes hairdrier (gun type) or a regular heat gun, heat them up good and they should pull right off.
