SUZUKI SUCKS

but when Suzuki made the 87-92 Motors for the LT250R with the power valve they were kicking HONDAS *** !and they were first to use power valve in the quad !now knock off companys are putting power valves in aftermarket cylnders for banshees and Hondas. do you remember Gary Denton? he rode Suzuki then went to Honda as Suzuki was pulling the plug on racing.and to this day the 87-92 LT250r kicks hondas *** on power if we are talking about stock vrs stock. Handling is better on Suzuki wider and longer for Flattrack but susspension geometry is better on honda for MX. I race flattrack on 88LT250R and kick honda 250r *** all day long as well as Banshees. I am now 270CC LT250r and beat 310,330,370 hondas and 420 banshees. I do get beat by this one guy on ESR 390 honda 250R and this dude is flat out crazy!I am too but not that crazy!
we aslo need to remember that its more rider ability then bike. but if same guy rides both bikes on track and does lap times is best way to tell not rider against rider.
Just my 2 cents.

I can understand that you are a better, more skilled flattracker than the riders on the big bore 3** hondas, and the 420 banshee.
But.. I surely hope you are not meaning you are out accelerating a 420cc banshee with your 270cc LT250?
(im not ******* them, my brother has an 86' LT250R and it has been absolutely solid except the swingarm is cracked)

For the original poster: You want something new? The scores are in on the new KingQuad 700 4x4 and this thing is going to dominate. Read the review at atvscene.com It's an absolute beast. I do believe, if the sources over at the Kawasaki forum are correct, that it even has a higher top speed than the Brute Force despite the smaller displacement and single cylinder. Look at the video and you can SEE the awesome low-end. Tell me Suzuki sucks after you look at the video and thoroughly read the article. I honestly found it terribly hard to pick anything out that's negative about this new machine, and I'm a Honda/Kawi guy.

Saying a honda quad is not reliable is like saying you have good grammar.

kdog,
I wont doubt your skill as a flattracker. But honda still dominates the ice with ease in the midwest. There are a few zillas here and there and the yfz is making a good showing, but if you are serious you are racing a honda R. I have seen a few lt250r bikes with zilla engines get thier butts handed to them on the track. One of them was my good friend paul. He typically placed third or fourth in the mains on his old 310 honda. That zuki didnt last one season.
Oh well, to each thier own.

I guess I should have maybe said TT where it was a little more techincal (left and right turns 1 jump) than ST Ovals. Yes 250Rs ...Hondas...maybe its the rider factor? On the ST ovals Yes I get my butt kicked by the banshees on top end. I quit the ST all together ..dont stand a chance. Dont get me wrong I am not ******* Honda in any way i was just stating from my epexerience I get them all off the line and to the first corner every time then they have to pass and i dont let that happen! I would take a Honda any day off the week over my LT250R though as I know its a better quad and everyone makes stuf for it!!!! but I just wanted to defend Suzuki as I do love my quad and it has won me alot of races and for the most part has been a good quad for me. Ill sell her for a Honda though! or that YFZ450 LOL
