I am sure Zombie has a fast Raptor, the only way any of us will find out just how fast is when we make a trip up there.

So 28mins you have a Sparks 686 or 690, how long did it take to get your engine back from Sparks?

 

My 730 beat zombies 727 with him riding it.
My bike was on alcohol.

 

On sand I haven't had a four stroke beat me.



But I ain't sayn one can't though.

28mins, can you give some details about your bike. Compression, cc, swingarm size, on nos??

 

1big ds rider- 690 Sparks,FCR's, high comp{not telling, but fires up 2 out of 3 times} race gas only. It took 5 weeks to get it back {seemed like forever} but it rips compared to the first build which was a high comp 686.

Raptorman- twice the man sounds good, but I was thinking more hangtime. 14mins is average time in the saddle, but who's average?

 

Bigubba-How long has it been since you raced the raptor from jefferson because i believe it it faster than it was last year?There is also a white one that i raced for the first time that could take me on comp although barely but we were even on south jetty hill so there are some raptors out there that are faster than what we had around here just last season.I have been doing very well on the south jetty hill and in fact if i get a decent start and come off the line without having the front end come up too far i havent found a four stroke (yet) that can beat me but i am sure it will happen soon.These topics are interesting and we can all think that we are fast but the person willing to spend the most money can dominate if he also has a competent builder.By the way bigbubba my motor was also built by the builder from jefferson and it is plenty fast even when hauling my 230 lbs up a hill.

 

A diet is going to make my Raps faster. I'm almost 200 pounds and need to loose about 15. It is going to take a lot more$ to get just a little faster.
